Orange Egypt Partners with Ministry of Social Solidarity to Bridge Youth Skills Gap and Prepare Graduates for Future Jobs

The protocol was signed during the Start 2026 Forum, attended by Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity; Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; and Hesham Mahran, CEO and Managing Director of Orange Egypt. The agreement highlights the strength of public-private collaboration in equipping young people with the tools and skills required for future jobs.

The partnership reinforces Orange Egypt’s role as a development partner supporting government efforts to build a new generation of talent aligned with digital transformation. Launch of Start Hub Digital Platform

As part of the collaboration, Orange Egypt is establishing and launching _Start Hub_, an integrated digital gateway connecting youth with the labor market. The platform offers comprehensive services including career counseling, personalized skills development, certified training programs, and direct access to employment opportunities, helping create a more competitive and future-ready generation.

Start 2026 Forum Impact

More than 250 companies and institutions participated in the Start 2026 Forum alongside thousands of students and graduates from universities across Egypt. Orange Egypt contributed by offering internal job opportunities and training programs. Through its Orange Digital Center, the company delivered specialized training in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Marketing to equip youth with the most in-demand skills in the digital economy.
