Transition to Digital-First Service Model Ensures Continued Access to Sales Enquiries and Technical Support

Canon Middle East, the regional subsidiary of Canon Inc., one of the world’s leading imaging and optical products companies, today announces the transition of its Egypt customer support operations to a digital-first service model, effective 9 June 2026. The Egypt contact centre, previously accessible via the dedicated number 17103, will cease operations as of this date. All customer enquiries and technical support will be seamlessly redirected through Canon Middle East’s established regional digital channels.
Canon Middle East confirms that this transition will have no impact on product warranty coverage, technical service availability, or the quality of support available to customers in Egypt. All existing warranty commitments remain fully honoured. Customers requiring service support, sales enquiries, or product information are directed to the following channels:
