Crowds gathered at City Stars Mall and Mall of Arabia on Thursday evening, May 21, 2026, as hundreds of customers lined up to collect the first units of the cardoO Smart Ring.
Attendees described the turnout as resembling major global product launches, but this time for a product with an Egyptian identity.

cardoO, a leading company in smart technology and consumer electronics, officially announced the launch of its first Egyptian-identity smart ring during a special event.
The launch represents a new milestone in enabling Egyptian users to access the latest global wearable technologies.

Lightweight design paired with advanced health tracking
The cardoO Smart Ring features a stainless-steel body weighing just 3.7 grams and delivers continuous monitoring of heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen, skin temperature, and sleep quality.
All data appears in real time through a dedicated mobile app, giving users a complete overview of their health throughout the day.

Gesture control and AI-powered sports modes expand functionality
The ring supports gesture and touch controls for managing music, answering calls, navigating content, and browsing apps.
It also includes more than 170 sports modes powered by AI analytics to improve physical performance, plus a dedicated mode for tasbeeh counting for daily spiritual use.

Water resistance and week-long battery life enhance daily use
The device carries a 5ATM water resistance rating, offers 5 to 7 days of active use per charge, and fully charges in 90 minutes with up to 15 days of standby time.
Connectivity is handled through Bluetooth 5.2 for stable and fast pairing.

Market reports project strong growth for smart rings globally
Recent reports value the global smart ring market at about $1.01 billion in 2026, with projections to reach $7.8 billion by 2035 at a 25.4% CAGR.
Global shipments have surpassed 8 million units this year, while the Middle East and Africa wearable sensor market reached $3.56 billion in 2025 and is expected to grow 12.1% annually through 2030.

Pre-orders open at EGP 4,999 with retail pickup across Egypt
The cardoO Ring is available now via the official website with a pre-order system due to high demand, alongside scheduled pickups through authorized retail partners across Egypt.
The official price is EGP 7,000, while the pre-order price is EGP 4,999 for a limited time.
The ring comes in gold, silver, and black, in sizes 7 to 13, with installment payments available through Valu.
