Revel Hospitality and Gourmonde Debut “The Chef’s Table” at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis with Chef Robin Höfer

Revel Hospitality, Cairo’s leading hospitality group, has partnered with Gourmonde, Dubai-based F&B PR & Creative agency to launch The Chef’s Table, a chef-led culinary series at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis.

Series Kickoff with Chef Robin Höfer
The first series will kick off with three exclusive dinners by Chef Robin Höfer, a German native and Executive Chef of Kraken Dubai. On 4, 5 and 6 June, 2026, Höfer will present a menu inspired by his interpretation of local ingredients and flavours, reimagined through his culinary lens and contemporary European techniques.

Storytelling Through Food
Storytelling lies at the heart of “The Chef’s Table” series, where each dish is designed to evoke a memory, feeling or emotion through food. Having honed his craft through MICHELIN-starred restaurants across Europe and Dubai, Chef Robin Höfer was also named a finalist for Gault&Millau UAE’s Future Great of the Year 2025. Now leading Kraken, a seafood restaurant rooted in local sourcing and seasonality, Höfer looks forward to bringing his ingredient-led creations to Cairo diners.

Chef’s Statement
“This is my second time cooking in Cairo, and returning to this vibrant city brings back fond memories of my first visit with the Ossiano Dubai team. Egyptian hospitality has always been incredibly warm and welcoming, and I’m excited to share this experience through dishes inspired by the region and its ingredients,” says Höfer.

Menu Highlights
Inspired by flavours of the Middle East, the menu will feature a rendition of one of Höfer’s most acclaimed dishes, “The Lamb of Gratitude” originally created for the S. Pellegrino Young Chef Award 2024, where he was nominated as a Regional Finalist. Built around local ingredients such as dates, loomi (black lemon) and spices, the dish reflects Höfer’s deeply personal interpretation of the region and its flavours. Guests are in for a surprise as Höfer presents his fried “Olive” stuffed with halloumi, and served with wood-grilled bread paired with dukkah and za’atar dip.
